Zego is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across Data, Product, and Corporate functions. The role involves partnering with leadership teams to find high-quality talent, delivering a world-class candidate experience, and monitoring recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Partners with Data, tech, product and corporate function leaders to evaluate hiring requirements and lead the search for candidates.
• Owns the full cycle of the hiring process, including job qualification, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and closing of key talent.
• Delivers a world-class, end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitors, maintains, and proactively reports key recruitment metrics.
