
Job description
Lead and develop a team responsible for system-level software components and automation for medical device platforms, with a strong focus on IoT Windows / Linux OS hardening baselines across IT/OT/IoT/medical devices, ensuring safe, secure, and compliant system behavior in line with clinical, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
Lead a team of system software and scripting engineers, define technical roadmap, oversee OS component development, ensure robust and reusable OTS/drivers, drive systematic maintenance, and ensure backward compatibility.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills, deep understanding of Windows & Linux operating systems, structured, risk-aware decision making, ability to review technical engagement with strategic planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
