Carrier Sales

Zelh is a fast-growing outsourcing company seeking a driven Carrier Sales Representative to manage carrier relationships, negotiate freight rates, and provide excellent service to customers and carriers. The ideal candidate has prior carrier sales experience and is looking to grow with an expanding team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in carrier sales at a 3PL or freight brokerage (required)
• Proven track record of sourcing carriers and negotiating freight rates
• Strong relationship-building skills with carrier partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to make quick, effective decisions in fast-paced environments
• Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple shipments and carriers simultaneously
• Knowledge of various freight modes (dry van, reefer, flatbed, expedite)
• Proficiency with TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
