Zeller is a fast-growing Australian scale-up that's reimagining business banking and payments. As a mid-market Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building relationships with Australian SMEs, prospecting for new business, and identifying opportunities to supercharge their cash flow. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of outstanding experience in an outbound + closing sales role
- Proven ability to consistently exceed individual targets
- Strong commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to successfully manage and grow both pipeline and revenue
- Proficient experience in prospecting, identifying target merchants, evaluating buyer interest, recognising decision-making processes, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations, selling complex solutions, writing proposals, objection handling and negotiating
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a large volume of tasks, responsibilities and deadlines
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently or at a distance from your team
- A rare competitive fire and desire to win
- Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative work style
- Excellent written, verbal and oral presentation skills
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
