Zeller is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate pipeline growth by engaging and qualifying senior decision-makers at large retail, hospitality, and services brands in Australia. The role involves combining strategic outbound prospecting with consultative discovery to identify and qualify complex enterprise opportunities, setting up targeted conversations that drive long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- ~2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or similar sales development role, with exposure to enterprise or large / mid-market accounts and complex sales cycles
- Strong track record in outbound prospecting, engaging senior decision-makers, and meeting activity and qualification targets
- Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques (including cold calls, Linkedin Sales Navigator / outreach, email, sequencing, and more
- Excellent communication skills — articulate, persuasive, and adaptable across channels and audiences
- Skilled in lead research, account mapping, and prioritisation of target lists
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- Self-starter with high ownership, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative work style
