We are seeking a highly experienced Director or VP of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives within the medical aesthetics and medspa vertical. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong executive relationships—particularly with Allergan and other leading aesthetic brands—and a proven record of driving revenue growth through partnerships, channel development, and enterprise sales.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, medspa, or related health technology sectors.
- Strong existing relationships within the aesthetic ecosystem, including direct experience working with or at Allergan.
- Proven success leading growth initiatives, complex deal negotiations, and high-impact partnerships.
- Deep understanding of medspa operations, clinical services, and the patient experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align strategic interests across organizations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in partnership modeling and ROI analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
