Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a driven and passionate Account Director to join our Expansion Sales team, responsible for driving growth, retention, and long-term success within Zenoti’s most strategic North America accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role, with proven success in account management and expansion.
- Consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding targets in account management and sales roles withing the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America.
