Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Coordinator to work in a small-scale home with a close-knit team, where adult residents can rely on you every day. You will be responsible for caring for residents in their daily activities and stimulating their self-sufficiency, as well as keeping the living environment clean and tidy.
Requirements
- Relevant care diploma, at least on MBO-2 level for the assistant coordinator position and on MBO-3 level for the coordinator position
- Experience with the target group (nice to have)
- Ability to do irregular and weekend shifts that have been scheduled in advance
Benefits
- Gross salary of at least €2,546,- to a maximum of €3,564,- gross per month (FGW 35) for Coordinator position
- Gross salary of at least €2,326,- to a maximum of €3,319,- gross per month (FGW 30) for Assistant Coordinator position
