We are seeking a motivated and skilled New Hire Sales Enablement Trainer to join the Sales Enablement team. The role is critical in onboarding and accelerating the success of new Account Executives (AEs) through structured training, coaching, and inspection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, HR, Training/Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training, sales enablement, or talent development, preferably in IT or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as Question-Based Selling (QBS), PAS, and objection handling.
- Experience with CRM platforms, e-commerce tools, and sales analytics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong working relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
