Zones is a Global Solution Provider of end-to-end IT solutions seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, and enterprise-wide service programs through the full project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, clear stakeholder communication, proactive risk management, and a proven ability to drive transformation across the organization.
Requirements
- Lead the overall program strategy, execution, and delivery in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage large, complex, enterprise-wide projects across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and departments.
- Ensure clear, concise, and timely communications across stakeholders; align expectations, manage risks, and drive project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align priorities and resolve issues; maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams; provide guidance, support, and enable professional growth.
- Proactively identify program risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and maintain RAID logs.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Track performance metrics; provide internal/external status reporting, SLA management, and progress updates to leadership.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and end-of-month billing (as applicable).
- Support service delivery operations including order management visibility (shipping/tracking), demand planning, inventory management, ITAD, and stock taking.
- Coordinate with TSC contacts to address and resolve TSC-related issues.
