The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide programs and multi-project portfolios across the full project lifecycle. This role provides strategic direction, execution governance, and senior-level stakeholder alignment to ensure initiatives are delivered in line with organizational objectives, operational priorities, and customer commitments.
Requirements
- Own and lead large-scale, enterprise programs and portfolios spanning multiple workstreams, teams, and functional areas.
- Define program strategy, delivery approach, success criteria, and governance models aligned to business and customer outcomes.
- Act as a strategic partner to executive and senior stakeholders, providing recommendations, trade-off analysis, and forward-looking insights to support decision-making.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional teams; establish delivery standards, best practices, and execution discipline across the PMO.
- Ensure executive-level visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and customer impact through concise, insight-driven reporting.
- Proactively identify and manage enterprise risks, cross-functional dependencies, and systemic issues; develop mitigation and contingency strategies to protect delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery, operations, and project management practices to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Partner closely with service delivery, supply chain, TSC, and operational stakeholders to ensure readiness, alignment, and issue resolution across the delivery lifecycle.
- Support complex customer environments by ensuring alignment between contractual commitments, operational execution, and stakeholder expectations.
