Zones, a Global Solution Provider of end-to-end IT solutions, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work on a national level, identifying, engaging, and closing top talent in sales and technology roles. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, sourcing, and presenting candidates for in-house positions nationwide. This role requires a highly motivated and collaborative individual with experience in sales recruiting, technology sales, consulting, and leveraging innovative sourcing techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting in IT Sales and IT Professional/Managed Service Sales
- Proven track-record of successfully sourcing top talent preferably in a sales role in a high-growth technology company
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results
- Innovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people leadership skills
- Possess exceptional research, consulting, and executive sourcing abilities
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as a team are vital in an ever-changing environment
- Adapt to changing priorities per business needs
- General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
- Experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions
- Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager/hiring team’s needs
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust
- Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively
