Zoro.com is a leading eCommerce platform offering nearly 12 million tools, parts and supplies for business customers. The Sr Marketing Analyst will use customer and marketing data to generate actionable insights and strategically drive Zoro's growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, advanced statistical modeling, and experimental design.
- Designing and deploying Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and/or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) in an Internet, e-commerce, or consumer-focused environment.
- Prior experience leveraging machine learning and statistical analysis to translate large datasets into actionable business recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages (R or Python) for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model building.
- Strong communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Engineering, Operational Research, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace: spreadsheet and presentation creation.
