We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at 3 Brasseurs. As a manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of operations in the dining room, supervising the team, and ensuring an impeccable customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a healthy and motivating social climate, contributing to recruitment and schedules, and developing the marketing strategy internally and externally from the restaurant.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in management in the hospitality/restaurant sector
- Solid experience in supervision on the floor
- Good administrative and financial management skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and ability to express themselves in English
- Solid experience in sales, profitability, and operational efficiency management
- Strong customer satisfaction orientation
