Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, preferably with experience in breakfast service.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
- Passion for quality food and exceptional presentation.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.
- A team player with excellent time management and organisational skills.
