Chef de Partie

We are a five-star hotel located in Bodrum, Turkey, seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading a section of the kitchen, organizing shifting, and ensuring that food is prepared to a high standard. You will also be responsible for training and motivating colleagues, as well as maintaining good colleague relations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years cooking experience
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in stressful fast paced environment
