Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen
- Culinary diploma or relevant vocational training (preferred)
- Good knowledge of basic cooking methods and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility with work schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
