Quality Manager/Director

As the US Healthcare ISO / Six Sigma / Quality Manager or Director, you will serve as the strategic architect of our Quality Management System (QMS), reporting directly to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role where you will safeguard our reputation by ensuring rigorous ISO compliance and HIPAA standards while driving transformative Six Sigma initiatives across our RCM operations.

Requirements

• ISO Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
• Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
• 8–15+ years of experience in US Healthcare, RCM, BPM, or IT services.
• Expertise in US Healthcare regulations and a proven track record of managing complex client audits.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale quality transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Superior documentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting US healthcare payers/providers (preferred).
• Exposure to SOC, HIPAA, or healthcare compliance audits (preferred).
