
Job description
Provides technical & application services & support to Agilent customers, including problem resolution, customer education, and revenue opportunities. Performs admin tasks to ensure flawless customer service.
Deliver customer education courses, troubleshoot method/technology transfers, lead projects, deliver product seminars, and provide technical support. Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Agilent products.
Must be willing to travel extensively, enjoy visiting customers, and have excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
