Job Description
You will lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision-makers from HR executives to CEOs across Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media companies with 30-300 employees. You will own the full sales cycle, strategic relationships, education & demos, and shape our product evolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
- Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
