Job Description
We are seeking a Sous Chef to assist in preparation and delivery of meals to residents and personnel at Alternatives, Inc. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Chef and supervise inmate workers and food service assistants. The role involves preparing meals, training and supervising staff, and maintaining safe and sanitary conditions in all food service areas.
