Job Description
AMBA is seeking an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist to engage members and policyholders through outbound calls, consultative presentations, and enrollment in supplemental Life and Health insurance products. This full-time position offers a high-volume, high-impact sales role with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
- 2+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
- Positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission-driven team
