Job Description
AMDT is seeking a Channel Partner Manager in the APAC region (DE-Landau, DE-Mercedes-Benz in the Pfalz) to develop and manage relationships with channel partners. This role involves onboarding, sales support, training, and performance management for existing partners, along with collaboration with the sales team, development of channel programs, and monitoring industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be a proactive individual.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in channel management in the OT software environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce customer relationship management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- English business fluency
