Cocinero/a - San Sebastián de los Reyes

The food preparation person is responsible for assisting cooks, chefs, or food service managers in preparing ingredients for recipes and performing other food preparation and service tasks. Must prepare food according to recipes and production guidelines, while respecting food safety procedures, food handling, and sanitation at the same time.

Requirements

• Prepare a variety of foods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Organize the work station with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, cutting, and peeling food.
• Use utensils safely, including knives.
• Organize, decorate, and portion food according to established guidelines.
• Store food properly, following food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Clean and disinfect work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, clients, colleagues, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark’s safety policies and procedures, including food safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure the safety of company assets.
