The food preparation person is responsible for assisting cooks, chefs, or food service managers in preparing ingredients for recipes and performing other food preparation and service tasks.
Requirements
- Preparing a variety of foods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.

- Using utensils safely, including knives.
- Organizing, decorating, and portioning food according to established guidelines.
- Storing food correctly, following food safety regulations and procedures.
- Cleaning and disinfecting work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Maintaining excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, colleagues...
