Compensation Sr. Manager - Global Compensation Programs

The Compensation Senior Manager will execute day-to-day administration of Aramark's global compensation programs and initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work and network on a global scale across functions, particularly with HR leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business, or related field
• Strong HR systems reporting skills (SAP experience preferred)
• Extensive experience in compensation data analysis (with advanced Excel proficiency)
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
