Hotel Sous Chef - LEGOLAND Resort California

Aramark is seeking a Hotel Sous Chef to support Legoland California. The Hotel Sous Chef is the lead culinary person responsible for supervising hotel culinary operations. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen personnel, selecting and developing recipes, managing ordering and inventory processes, and ensuring proper food safety and sanitation in the kitchen.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a related position
• At least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
• Experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems
• Verbal, reading, and written communication skills
