Sous Chef

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sous Chef to support the smooth and successful running of our back-of-house operation at Bricks Restaurant, LEGOLAND. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head Chef and wider leadership team to deliver exceptional food, high standards of food safety, and a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding and application of food hygiene standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong IT, numeracy and communication skills
• Passion for food, service and operational excellence
• Relevant culinary experience operating at Sous Chef or Head Chef level
