Job Description
Aramark UK is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the hotels team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort in a permanent, full-time position. The Sous Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and support the Head Chef in maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, service, and presentation.
Requirements
- A proven track record in a kitchen leadership role in a busy, high-volume environment
- A passion for food and excellent service
- IT literate, with experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Flexible approach to working hours and duties
