Lead Direct Support Professional for 3 Bed PCA House: Provide daily operations support, mentor new staff, and create a safe and supportive environment for individuals and staff.

Requirements

• High School graduation or equivalent, minimum age 18
• At least one year working for Ariel or in another Human Service-related program
• Current experience working in a residential program
• Two years experience w/I/DD population
• Minimum of one year successful experience in supervision
• 6 Months of experience providing total care to individuals
• Valid Colorado Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• CPR, First Aid – before contact with clients
• CPI within 60 days of hire; client contact is limited until this training is completed
• QMAP – within 60 days of hire, may not provide medication to clients without this certification
• Van Drivers Training – before driving an Ariel owned vehicle
• Informed Supervision training
• BSIT
• Person-Centered training
• Client specific training
