Lead Direct Support Professional for Independent PCA

Lead Direct Support Professional for Independent PCA. One Full-Time Position. 40 hours per week. Sunday through Sunday. Schedule Flexible. This position will remain open until filled. Minimum requirements: High School graduation or equivalent, minimum age 18. At least one year working for Ariel or in another Human Service-related program. Preferable: Current experience working in a residential program. Two years experience w/I/DD population. Minimum of one year successful experience in supervision. 6 Months of experience providing total care to individuals.
