The Customer Success Manager will work with customers to deliver value, retain, and renew customers, while unlocking growth and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers
- Project-manage customer initiatives
- Proactively monitor and manage customer health
- Drive high-impact cross-functional projects
- Be hands-on with the product
- Drive customer renewals and mitigate churn
- Identify and execute on areas of growth and expansion
