Job Description
Assembled is building a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI at scale. The Customer Success Manager will work with customers to achieve their goals and drive business outcomes, managing a portfolio of Mid-Market customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, operational, and start-up environments
