AssetWatch is seeking a Mid Market Sales Director to lead the MM sales function and drive new logo acquisition. The role reports to the Vice President of Sales and requires 5+ years of experience selling SaaS applications in manufacturing or industrial companies, and 3+ years of experience leading sales teams in the same industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS applications in manufacturing or industrial companies
- 3+ years of experience leading sales teams in manufacturing or industrial companies
- Highly data-driven with experience leveraging sales solutions to optimize performance and gather insights
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Extensive existing manufacturing industry rolodex and strong relationships with corporate-level decision-makers
- Experience developing GTM strategies, frameworks, and playbooks, as well as sales materials, messaging, personas, and industry standard sales motions
- Strong hunting and multi-threading relationship management skills
- Experience with pilot sites and proof of concept phases for new products or services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated Corporate account sales leadership experience and track record of success
- Experience devising and implementing sales strategy and contributing to enablement programs
