Requirements
- Strong experience supporting Case Management platforms and enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Dataverse, and API/integration troubleshooting
- Experience with Freshservice (ITSM, incident and request management)
- Experience using DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong vendor engagement and escalation capability
- Excellent documentation and knowledge-sharing skills
- ITIL knowledge or certification
