Senior Training Consultant

As a Senior Training Consultant, you will be responsible for shaping, designing, and delivering AFCA's end-to-end learning experience for the Scams EDR project. You will work with a talented team to create innovative training that empowers employees to better support consumers and financial firms. The role is initially a 12-month fixed-term position.

Requirements

• Several years' experience in training, learning design, and digital content development
• Proven ability to build end-to-end learning plans, roadmaps, and storyboards
• Expertise across adult learning principles, blended learning, and instructional design best practice
• Experience delivering training in large or complex transformation programs
• Proficiency with authoring tools and digital learning technologies
• A strong visual design sensibility and a creative, user-centric mindset
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Change Management and Project Management methodologies
