Senior Training Consultant

Make a meaningful impact by helping Australia fight scams through education. As a Senior Training Consultant, you will lead the learning and training strategy for AFCA's Scams EDR project, creating innovative and high-quality training for our people to better support consumers and financial firms.

Requirements

• Several years' experience in training, learning design and digital content development
• Proven ability to build end-to-end learning plans, roadmaps and storyboards
• Expertise across adult learning principles, blended learning and instructional design best practice
• Experience delivering training in large or complex transformation programs
• Proficiency with authoring tools and digital learning technologies (e.g. Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Snagit)
• A strong visual design sensibility and a creative, user-centric mindset
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Change Management and Project Management methodologies
