The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and account growth. This role focuses on understanding client needs, aligning solutions with business objectives, and identifying opportunities to expand product and service adoption within the current customer base.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product
- Maintain deep product knowledge across all Securus offerings to effectively position solutions and support customer decision-making.
- Develop and present proposals, both solicited and unsolicited, including coordination and validation of RFP responses to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to build relationships, promote brand awareness, and gather market intelligence.
