Job Description
Aventiv is seeking an Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction and grow the book of business. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting to groups and has experience building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Manage new and existing relationships with contracted agencies
- Oversee rollout of services for newly acquired clients
- Upsell additional products and services to existing clients
- Conduct remote training utilizing web conferencing software
- Research issues reported by clients and resolve them or escalate to the appropriate department
- Respond to client emails and phone calls
