HR Business Partner - UK/EMEA

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our UK/EMEA employees and leadership teams, serving as a trusted adviser on all people matters while ensuring we maintain a compliant, consistent, and people-centered approach to HR delivery.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 7 qualification (or working towards) or equivalent experience demonstrating expert-level HR knowledge and practice
• Demonstrable experience as a senior HR generalist, with deep and up-to-date expertise in employee relations, benefits, and UK employment law gained over a sustained period in a similar role
• Proven track record in HR business partnering, ideally within a technology, software, or professional services environment
