Job Description
Bar Louie is looking for a talented Kitchen Manager to lead their operations and create a fun and rewarding atmosphere for employees. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of BOH management experience and a dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of BOH Management Experience
- Management experience must be in a full service restaurant or bar
- Experience running operations that are at least 3 million per year
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc)
- Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
