Requirements

• Technician in Gastronomy, Cooking and/or related careers.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in the position, preferably in hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Technical knowledge in culinary terminology and kitchen technical notes.
• Basic to intermediate level of English.
• Availability to work in a shift system.
• Attention to detail and ability to plan and organize in the kitchen.
• Ability to work in a team, collaborating with other chefs and hotel areas.
• Commitment to quality, food safety, and compliance with established standards.
• Proactivity to keep the work area clean, organized, and in optimal conditions.
