Pastry Cook responsible for supervising and executing daily mise en place, preparing pastries and other pastry products, and maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Pastry or related field.
- Basic to intermediate English level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking and/or pastry.
- Ability to innovate and create products and presentations.
- Teamwork and efficiency under pressure, maintaining quality standards.
- Technical knowledge of high pastry (techniques, finishes, and assembly).
- Knowledge and application of Good Food Handling Practices (GFHP).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with bakers, cooks, and kitchen supervisors.
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards in all stages of pastry production and service.
