We are looking for a Business Consultant with French speaking skills to lead the implementation, support, and continuous evolution of our global HR compensation and performance management platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, BambooHR)
- Strong understanding of HR functional domains including performance, compensation and pay equity
- Ability to translate business HR needs into system requirements (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis)
- Proven experience working directly with clients or internal stakeholders
- Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and present recommendations
- Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics (KPIs, dashboards, data validation)
- Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Language Skills: fluent English and French
