HR Technology Implementation Consultant (French Speaking)

We are seeking a HR Technology Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation, support, and continuous evolution of our global HR compensation and performance management platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure, and strong understanding of HR functional domains including performance, compensation and pay equity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting HRIS / HCM platforms
• Strong understanding of HR functional domains including performance, compensation and pay equity
• Ability to translate business HR needs into system requirements
• Proven experience working directly with clients or internal stakeholders
• Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and present recommendations
• Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics
