HR Technology Implementation Consultant (French Speaking)

HR Technology Implementation Consultant (French Speaking) for beqom, a high-growth B2B SaaS company providing industry-leading tools for pay equity and transparency, compensation, and performance management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, BambooHR)
• Strong understanding of HR functional domains including performance, compensation and pay equity
• Ability to translate business HR needs into system requirements (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis)
• Proven experience working directly with clients or internal stakeholders
• Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and present recommendations
• Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics (KPIs, dashboards, data validation)
• Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Language Skills: fluent English and French
