Job Description
AI infrastructure startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their two Co-Founders. This is an exciting time to join and be a part of a growing team of 20 with a great trajectory for growth in this role.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or C-suite in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs while understanding context
- Strong critical thinker with sound judgment and the ability to independently research options, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions
- Strategic, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build processes, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for automation
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with experience using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and modern financial or operations platforms
