Senior Manager, HR Operations

At Boundless Learning, we're looking for a Senior Manager of HR Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services, compliance with employment laws, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Operations role
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and operational best practices with a global perspective
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Excel reporting & PowerPoint creation
