3+ years of experience in Customer Service/Student Services, proficiency in Observe.AI, and deep understanding of North American education compliance

6–10 years of marketing experience, including digital, campaign, or partner/account-based marketing, and higher education, online learning, or performance-driven marketing experience

5+ years' experience in Product Ownership, Digital Product Management, or CRM/MarTech delivery

6-10 years of marketing experience, strong understanding of paid and organic channels, and proficiency with marketing analytics tools

4-year degree, effective team player, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT Systems

4-year degree, sales-focused experience, and excellent communication skills required

4-year degree, customer service experience, and Salesforce CRM experience required

4-year degree from an accredited institution and/or combination of education and experience. Sales-focused distributed contact center experience preferred

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance marketing. Experience supporting paid and organic channels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
