The IT Governance Department (DGTI) team promotes integrated direction and strategy for Technology dependencies, aligned with the Organization's objectives. As an Agile Coach Manager, you will act in the management of Business Tribes and be responsible for defining priorities for action in the agile transformation of the BU according to strategic objectives and managing the budget of the area.
Your main activities will be: defining priorities for action in the agile transformation of the BU, allocating talents (Agile Coach and Agile Portfolio Management) in different initiatives and teams, guaranteeing alignment between different agility practices, and resolving dependencies, risks, impediments, and priorities in prioritized initiatives.
